Stress Relief – The hidden keys to success

The start of Fall Term marks the beginning of another stressful academic year. In an effort to ensure all our students’ well-being and academic success, we invited esteemed psychiatrist Dr. Kwok Wai Ming to share his views on stress relief. Here are some of his key tips:


Just Breathe😌 – Students should practice regular breathing exercises, inhaling slowly and holding for a few seconds to feel calm and refreshed.


Let it All Out 💭– Be sure to share your thoughts with friends, family, or teachers whenever necessary to avoid prolonged stress and depression.


Be a Good Listener 👂🏻– Parents can also help their children relieve stress by simply being available for a chat, without passing judgment.
